Over 25 years at the intersection of technology, institutions and innovation

I have dedicated my career to the digital transformation of Italy's major infrastructures — from railways to energy, from fibre optics to defence — bringing artificial intelligence where it can generate the greatest impact: in complex systems on which millions of people depend every day.

Selected by Microsoft as one of 17 global experts in Digital Business Transformation, I held senior technology roles at Open Fiber (Enel Group and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti) and at ANAS, and advised the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport as Chief Technical Secretary in the Conte I government and as an expert at the Minister's Cabinet in Conte II. As CIO of ANAS I designed and negotiated, with the Ministries of Infrastructure and Economy and the European Investment Bank, a €450M programme for AI monitoring of bridges, viaducts and tunnels, later folded into the PNRR.

Today I am Founder & CEO of NeuroMind AGI, a deeptech startup applying EEG neurofunctional analysis and AI to cognitive security and to workload, attention and fatigue monitoring in operators of critical systems — in September 2026 selected by ACN, Italy's National Cybersecurity Agency, to collaborate — and Partner at INEMA, where I contribute, within its consulting team, to engagements for national and multinational organisations on critical infrastructure, PNRR programmes and AI applied to organisations.
