Massimiliano Gattoni

I have dedicated my career to the digital transformation of Italy's major infrastructures — from railways to energy, from fibre optics to defence — bringing artificial intelligence where it can generate the greatest impact: in complex systems on which millions of people depend every day.

Selected by Microsoft as one of 17 global experts in Digital Business Transformation, I held senior technology roles at FS Italiane / ANAS and Open Fiber (Enel Group), before being appointed Technical Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure in the Conte I and II governments, where I designed and negotiated with the PNRR a €450M programme for AI monitoring of critical infrastructure.

Today I am Founder & CEO of NeuroMind AGI, a deeptech startup applying EEG neurofunctional analysis and AI to objective cognitive assessment, and Partner at INEMA, a strategic consultancy for critical infrastructure and transport (clients: Iren, Hera, Acquedotto Pugliese, Cotral, AMA).
